The material enters the crusher from the hopper, and is divided into two parts by the feeder, and one part enters the high-speed rotating impeller from the middle of the feeder, and is rapidly accelerated, and its acceleration can reach hundreds of times the acceleration of gravity. Then it is ejected from the three evenly distributed runners of the impeller at a speed of 60-80 m/s, impacts and crushes a part of the materials that fall freely around the distributor, and then is impacted on the material lining in the crushing chamber together, and is crushed. The material liner rebounds and impacts obliquely upwards to the top of the crushing chamber. Afterwards, it changes its direction of movement and deflects downward, and the materials emitted from the impeller channel form a continuous material curtain. In this way, a piece of material is impacted, rubbed and ground for two or more times in the crushing cavity, and finally the crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge port.
