The movement trajectory of the ZXS banana vibrating screen is block eccentric linear vibration, and the entire series has multiple specifications, which can be used for screening and grading in industries such as coal preparation, mineral processing, and metallurgy.
The ZXS banana vibrating screen adopts dual motors to drive two sets of exciters with the same eccentric mass. When it performs self synchronization and reverse rotation, the centrifugal force generated along the vibration direction overlaps with each other. In other directions, the centrifugal force cancels out each other, forming a single excitation force along the vibration direction, causing the screen box to vibrate back and forth in a linear trajectory.
